I have an idea and I need to test it!
.png)
So you’ve got an idea you think is awesome! Great!
A fantastic place to start is to think about these three questions:

a) Does the idea solve a customer’s job-to-be-done?
b) Does the idea solve a customer’s job-to-be-done better than the current status quo, or better than another option?
c) Is it a strategic priority to get that job-to-be-done done better than the status quo?

If you think the answer to any of those questions (but especially (b) and (c)) is yes, then it's worth testing your idea to make sure that the people who will be using your idea (your customers) think it’s great too! We want to do this as leanly as possible so we don’t risk spending lots of time, effort and money on an idea that doesn’t actually deliver!
