Who are the most important 'customers' in the context of your mission (or people most affected by the work you're doing?)

What do we want the future state to look like?

Is there anything on or off the table?

Innovation Tip
Remember to refer back to your mission template if you need clarity later on, or if you feel you've drifted off course. Sometimes tricky decisions get easier if you refer back to your mission!
